Scarless breast reduction / breast lift

Large breasts can be a substantial strain for the back, can produce deep indentations at the shoulder from bra straps and may appear out of proportion for an otherwise slender woman.

Traditional breast reduction / breast lift surgery is performed by removing a portion of the lower breast under general anesthesia. This invariably leaves long and noticeable scars. In addition to adding a substantial expense, general anesthesia also adds to the risk of the procedure.

A very substantial reduction in breast volume as well as elevation of the breasts can be achieved with tumescent liposuction under local anesthesia. Fat is removed, leaving the breast smaller and lighter. A tight compression bra has to be worn for 3 months after the procedure to enable the breasts to settle into their new and higher position.
